Book a free 
discovery call

This is a chance for us to connect and explore how coaching could support you. We’ll talk about your goals, what the coaching process involves, and answer your questions.

 

Think of it as a “chemistry call” where you can get a feel for my style and decide if working together feels right.

Onboarding
 

Once we decide to work together, you’ll complete a coaching agreement and a brief client profile. This helps us start with clarity and ensures our sessions are focused, aligned, and tailored to you.

Duration of the Coaching Engagement

A standard coaching engagement includes 6 x 50-minute sessions, typically spread over 3 months. This structure allows time for reflection, integration, and meaningful progress between sessions.

The pace and structure can be adjusted to suit your goals, schedule, and preferences.
